Do you have a past you want to finally let go of to walk in a confident freedom?
Are there habits you have that you dream of leaving behind once and for all?
Do you desire a future that seems "unrealistic" because inside you feel inadequate?
I’m honored you stopped by and believe it’s by Divine appointment that you’re here.
This is why.
I am a Transformation Coach based on my own “going through the breakthrough” experiences.
I’ve been through the ugly, messy, trenches but due to determination, God's grace, and tools I’ve learned along the way, the transformations are miraculous.
That’s why I believe it’s by Divine appointment you’re here. There is a transformation you’re looking for and were led here to find - that's what I'm here to help you with!
In a nutshell, I grew up in a small town where my dad, an Army Ranger Vietnam Veteran, was known as the “town drunk”. I experienced some big Trauma since I can remember.
Throughout high school and college, I was involved in sports and extra-curriculum activities, like Student Council. On the outside, it looked like “I had it all together” but on the inside, I was full of rage and emotional pain.
I turned to drinking and self-sabotaging behaviors that left my life a mess by the age of 23.
I felt the Lord asking me to give up alcohol and make some big life changes to prepare me for the blessings He wanted to give me.
It’d taken me over a decade to finally say “yes” to Him.
The year before I turned 30 I decided, “I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired”. That’s when my transformations began.
>> I stopped drinking alcohol completely. Now, six years without the desire to drink and grateful to be hangover free!
>> I lost 40 lbs and have kept it off without dieting. This has given me so much mental freedom. I no longer obsess on food or body shame.
>> I married my God's Best after 10 plus years of my “man picker” being broken - only dating uncommitted men who didn’t pursue a relationship with Jesus.
>> I'm co-founder of two businesses; a long-time dream of mine. Before I had too much fear, self-doubt, and lack of commitment.
>> Finally, I transformed the way I saw myself, from inadequate to worthy. I'd never given myself the option to have children. Instead, I chose to end the generational sins and became a mommy to the cutest boy.
I've had several other transformations, but these are the main ones I help others walk through.
